RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked with 7 days of the delivery date of your order. All returned items must be new and unused condition, with original tags and labels attached

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item email customer service at INFO@SHADEGODDESS.NET to obtain a RMA Return  Merchandise Authorization number,  After receiving a RMA number place the item securely in its original package with proof of purchase and  return form provided  mail it to the following address
